All of our products are custom printed just for you so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

But, we do offer solutions in the following scenarios:

IF YOUR SHIPPED GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED

Contact us with a picture of the damaged item (the whole product should be visible) to process a free charge replacement.

IF YOUR ITEM IS BLURRY PRINTED

Send us a picture of the item in case it has a printing error so we can process a free charge replacement.

MY ITEM ISN'T ARRIVED YET

If you think you order is lost or delayed, send us a message so we can do a following status of your shipment.

HALF OF MY ORDER ARRIVED

Please note that, If your order has more than one product, we may ship them separately. They come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability.

Always check your shipping confirmation email to know what products of your order will arrieve separately and check each item's tracking number and links.
