How does the VIP Club work?

Once you join, you'll be charged immediately and you'll gain instant access to the perks included in your chosen membership tier.

Your membership will automatically renew every month on the same date you signed up.

How do I access the rewards?

Once subscribed, log in to your store account through the customer portal using the email associated with your membership. 

Secret Store: the access will be unlocked automatically. No password needed.

Store discounts: are automatically applied at the checkout.

Mystery merch: You will receive an email with the order status and tracking information at the email associate to your account a few days after your join. Make sure to provide a valid name and delivery address, you can update or add this info in the customer portal anytime. Mystery merch include only SFW (safe for work) designs.

How do membership discounts work?

Your membership discount applies to your orders while your membership is active.

Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, except for free shipping.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. Your access and benefits will remain available until the end of your current billing period, subject to the membership terms.

When will I be charged?

Memberships are billed monthly, starting on the date you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

How do monthly merch rewards work?

Platinum and Diamond members receive the physical rewards included in their tier each month. 

Platinum members receive a mystery postcard, while Diamond members receive two art prints, one deskmat, and one mystery postcard.

All shipping costs are included except for possible custom fees for non-US countries.

When will my monthly merch rewards ship?

Your monthly merch rewards are prepared for shipment within 5-7 business day before you join. 

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

You will receive an email with the order status and tracking information at the email associate to your account. 

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. You can update your shipping address through your customer account before your next monthly order is processed to help ensure your rewards are sent to the correct address.

Do I need a separate Patreon membership?

No. The VIP Club is a separate membership available directly through Orihime Studio Art Shop. You don't need a Patreon subscription to join.

This membership do not include Patreon rewards bundles. If you want to access to all my Patreon rewards bundles + store perks join on Patreon instead.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, your membership benefits may be paused until the payment is successfully processed. 

The system will make one attempt per day for 5 days after cancel your membership.
